5.0Bruce was a great host - he was quick to respond & very helpful in guiding me through the process with "Ruby" Rental. We went a little less camping style & rented Ruby for a 50th celebration to enjoy cruising in (a nostalgic vehicle brand or the bday man!) Ruby was in amazing condition & the interior was so well taken care of. It made our experience enjoyable. Hope to try again for actual camping!
Bruce was a great host - he was quick to respond & very helpful in guiding me through the process with "Ruby" Rental. 5.0BRUUUUCE! He is the best! Such a nice guy, made sure I knew the ins and outs of the van before hitting the road. I ran over some debris and blew a tire (freak thing, not the van's fault), and he was so kind and helpful about it. And Ruby is AWESOME. She's stocked with everything you need, the sleep sitch is super comfy, and honestly I felt so cool driving her around. 10/10, would recommend.

5.0This one one of my favorite rental experiences. Ruby the Van was meticulously set up and had all the creature confronts you need for a great camping experience. Pillows, blankets, towels, chairs and cookware. Just show up with your cloth and you're all set to go. That being said, it shows how caring the owners are with the experience. Ruby is a 30+ year old vehicle, and while its a nostalgic trip when you get in the drivers seat she also drives steady and reliably. Kudos to Bruce for his thought and detail on customizing the van. I want to thank Bruce and Sonya for there hospitality and friendliness. They added a lot to the experience. Bruce picked us up from the airport and took us to the van, explained all the details and was only a phone call away for any questions at any time. In these crazy times, these two where a breath of fresh air. Nice to find good people out there. Thank you so much for the experience. Tell Ruby we will be back.

5.0Ruby the van was great! Exactly what we needed. Be aware that you have to be rather flexible to sleep on the top! Bruce was a great host, very through and great at explaining it all. And very responsive when we were having a minor issue.

My brother and I enjoyed a night in Asheville and two nights in a campground in great Smoky Mountain national Park. The van was perfectly comfortable for two people and had all the necessary amenities and more. This van has been expertly customized and updated by Bruce. I will be renting again from Bruce.
