I have a 2002 Forest River Sierra Toy Hauler with one Queen bed in front and another Queen bed that folds down in the back after your toy is unloaded, plus 2 couches that make a full bed each. Gas hot water heater that allow you to take 20 minute showers at a time and just wait 5 mins before the next shower. The back door opening is 7 feet tall amd 7' 8" wide. It can fit 2 4wheelers, a 4 seater side-by-side that's in 31s maybe 32.5" tires, or a 2 seater side-by-side along with a kids 4wheeler. It has 2 enter doors, plenty of storage, even storage to hang clothes up in, electric tongue jack, 4 corner leveling Jack's that are hand crack or if you have a electric impact that always makes it easier. 4 new tires, electric brakes on both axles, clean and clear title so I own it outright (not sure if that matters). AC works great and Furnace heat it very nice.You can pull it with a 1500 truck (1/2 ton).What's nice about a Toy hauler is that you can bring your Golf cart, 4wheeler, side-by-side, motorcycles, kayaks or even a small john boat with you camping! Has tie downs to straps your toys down to.Please note this is a 100% Smoke Free Camper, if it smells like cigarettes or other things the deposit will NOT be returned.Also I can provide more info, pics, and answer questions upon request.
