2.0Our delivery was 1.5 later than told. This was not a good start to our trip. It was not communicated that delivery would be that late. When I brought it up to owners, they told me I should have "picked a friendlier campground." Terrible customer service. The RV itself was in great shape and very clean.

5.0Owners were great to work with. Very prompt to reply to any message. Camper was already to go when we arrived to the campground. Couldn't have been easier. Camper itself was very clean and well kept. Will definitely consider them again on our next trip.
