Résumé de l'évaluation
Highly responsive and supportive
Phillip quickly answers questions via app, text, or phone. He provides helpful video tutorials, offers troubleshooting support, and stocks essential supplies like dishware and cleaning items.
Easy to drive and user-friendly
Easy to drive since it has no slide outs, making it user-friendly. Guests often mention it's clean, well-equipped with supplies, and has excellent AC.

5.0My family had a great experience renting this RV for a weekend festival. Phil was extremely easy to work with and very responsive answering questions through the Outdoorsy App. I would definitely rent from Phil again in the future.

Foire aux questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
When we do not have back to back reservations we do our very best to accommodate early pickup and late drop off. We have also created an option for you to block the day before and/or after your trip to ensure that early pickup and late drop off will be available to you. It's a simple Add-on for a small fee. Hope that helps!
