Winter Notice:
This travel trailer is currently winterized and is blocked off until March 7th 2020. It does have the winter package and so it can be used in winter, however, it must be un-winterized and then re-winterized after use. If you want to book the RV anytime from November to March you will need to contact me first to book it, I will send a quote to you for your dates. There will be a $60 fee for the re-winterizing process after use.The Springdale 311RE by Keystone is built for entertainment and comfort. This camper has a large living room due to its dual opposing slides and curved roof. One side has 2 comfy arm chairs and the other is the tri-fold sofa and dining area. In the living area you will find a 40 inch TV that can swivel from side to side for maximum viewing. A DVD/CD player with AM/FM/BT that can play music inside or outside. Putting a DVD in and turning the inside speakers on gives you a theater like experience. There is also an electric fireplace just below the TV for extra heat and comfort. This camper is ideal for those who want to enjoy a lot of space in the day time. At night, the sofa and dining table turn into full size beds to accommodate children or guests. It only takes a few minutes to go from living room, to sleeping quarters. During the day you can fold the dining table down to make a coffee table or a place to play some board games with the family. This camper is large with lots of space to move around. If you want to watch a game on the TV and enjoy popcorn just slide the 2 chairs over to the center, fold the table down, put it between the two chairs, and its game on. The RV comes fully stocked with just about everything you need. It includes towels, rags, toilet paper (2 rolls), pillows, sheets, forks, spoons, spatulas, pots, pans, and more. For those rainy days inside we have board games and a game system with over 500 different video games on it. We also include several folding chairs for outside use. The only thing you will really need to bring is blankets. You may also want to bring extra pillows, a fan, and any other comforts from home. The awning is powered, no cranking required. You will need a Super Duty with at least 14,000lb towing capacity and 1,250lb tongue capacity Minimum.
