Fun little bunkhouse travel trailer. Almost new with a comfy queen bed and two twin bunk beds. Plenty of room for a family of 4 but 5 will work with the dinette that also turns into a bed. We work during the week so please allow for a pickup/return time of after 3:30pm. If this doesn’t work for you, please ask and we may still be able to accommodate you. *See below for pet policy*Ce qui est inclusBooking comes with a broom and other cleaning supply’s. Basic cooking utensils, pots and pans, a tea kettle for coffee. Linens for the queen bed but just a sheet for the bunk beds please bring a sleeping bag or linens if you will be using the bunk beds. Upon request and for an extra fee we will include a tailgating propane bbq and two burner stove if you prefer to cook outside on a picnic table. Just be sure to include it as an add onAutres points à signalerWe allow pets but please don’t let them on the furniture. If we find that there’s excessive amounts of dog hair on the linens, we will charge a $100 cleaning fee upon return. No smoking please. We can fill up the fresh water for you if you would like but please bring the trailer back with the grey and black tanks empty. 10’ sewage hose and fresh water hose provided. If we have to empty the sewage and gray water tanks it will be a $75 service charge. Please return the trailer swept out and clean. This trailer weighs 3,230 dry, please make sure your vehicle is rated to tow this and has a receiver with a 7point electrical connection. A receiver hitch with weight distribution bars will be included if you don’t have one. A generator can be provided for a charge ask if interested.
