Kenneth provided helpful pre-trip reviews, quick communication, and accommodated last-minute bookings. He graciously waived fees after a mechanical issue, but one booking was canceled by the host.

5.0We rented an RV through Outdoorsy for our Thanksgiving trip to Pensacola, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Traveling with my wife and our five kids, we needed something spacious and comfortable—and this RV delivered perfectly. From the start, the rental process was smooth and straightforward. The RV was clean, well-maintained, and ready for the road. What impressed us most was how easily it fit our entire family. Everyone had enough room to relax, sleep, and enjoy the ride without feeling cramped. The trip itself was memorable. Having the RV allowed us to spend quality time together as a family, sharing meals, playing games, and making the journey part of the holiday fun. 3.0RV got us to our destination and back with no issues. Kenneth was very helpful with pretrip review and communication while on the trip. The RV is dated. A window is held together with duck tape and the retractable awning does not work. The RV pulls badly to the right side and needs to be realigned. I would say for the rental price the RV was good and did it's job for our trip.

5.0Hands down the best experience anyone could ask for 5☆☆☆☆☆ is an understatement Kenneth is extremely professional respectful an truly god sent I would recommend him any day of the week. The unit drove great cold ac hot heat easily drivable maintenance was up to date good tires all around. What can I say bad ? Nothing he is a stand up guy an the RV is reliable. I look forward to renting again with him in the near future.
