Foire aux questions
Q.
What time do you deliver and pick up RV?
R.
Delivery: We try to be flexible with drop off times. Depending on the rules of the campground/State Park, we will drop off at a time that is convenient for our renter. Typically, we either arrive about 30 minutes before our renter and set up, then do a walk through upon your arrival, or we meet at the same time. Pick up: we always arrive one hour prior to campground/state park check out time to pack up. We are always open to different situations so please feel free to ask.
Q.
Would you delivery your RV further than 55 miles from Providence?
R.
We are open to considering this, so please reach out with dates and location. We will see if it's something we can work out.
Q.
Are linens and towels included in the rental
R.
No, linens and towels are not an item stocked in the RV. Those things you will need to bring with you.
Q.
Do you offer a discount to return renters?
R.
YES!! If you have previously rented from us we do offer a 10% discount for future trips. Please message us before booking so we can arrange for that discount.
