No complaints; only praise and appreciation. From booking to returning was so easy, it was as though I was a "Premium Platinum" user. My questions, though few, were responded to in a timely manner, at times within minutes. When I arrived to pick up the Sprinter REVEL, Jack was there waiting and spent an hour to thoroughly familiarize me with all the features of the van, which was provided with more cookware, bedding, etc. than I anticipated. So much so, I ended up leaving some of what I brought in my Tacoma, for which Jared/Jack provided off street parking. Having the positive, personable interaction with Jack from the get-go was key to my comfort heading out in an amenity and feature rich vehicle a bit larger and heavier than my Tacoma.Off I went up over Snoqualmie Pass to meet up with a friend, who had a Ram 2500 Sportsmobile, for three days of fly-fishing, backroads touring and boondock camping. What was quick to appreciate was how this REVEL made boondocking more like glam-camping, but without the extra pre-planning and costs of multiple lodging decisions and reservations. The experience was though I was driving around in my house and stepping right out the door into the wilderness. The REVEL necessitated minimal camp set-up/teardown fuss.At night, after a day wading the Yakima or Teanaway Rivers or tributaries and then driving deep into USFS forests to remote sites, being able to shower before bedding down was a WELCOMED feature of the REVEL. I use a CPAP and was concerned how the REVEL’s solar/battery power would accommodate. NEVER was power in question. Apprehensive about the comfort of the Lift Bed was unfounded; the pillows and Jared’s addition to the mattress made for some of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had. Also, being able to raise the bed to access gear without the fuss of moving cushions and platforms definitely expanded space usability. In addition, and one of the main reasons I went with this REVEL, was the extra security I it would provide at night and when parked along the backroads while fishing. Further, with regard to backroads, the seals of the doors and windows prevented any dust entering the cabin. In summary, the service and gear/bedding accommodations Jared/Jack provided were more than anticipated and the features of THIS REVEL yielded a never to forget adventure and now my friend is now considering a trading his van for a REVEL.
