- no smoking/vaping - deposit will be forfeited if evidence of smoking is found
- minimize super greasy/smelly cooking
- don't store fish and shellfish in fridge. We're trying to keep everything fresh for the next guest
- when van is in motion, fans should be closed and off, water pressure shut off
- purchase insurance package through Outdoorsy. If a renter is unable to get approved upon pick-up, typical cancellation fees will applyUpon return:
- Fill the gas tank. If you are unable, we'll take care of it for the cost of gas plus $50
- Empty grey water tank in appropriate location, we will take care of it for $50.
- Remove garbage and clean dishes. If you are unable, we'll take care of it for $50If an issue arises, please contact us before fixing the problem. During the rental, you are responsible for:
