2019 Heartland Sundance
Brand new trailer, just off the showroom floor.
This is a perfect size trailer! It is light weight and very easy to tow. It has a queen size bed that can be closed for privacy, (2) full size bunk and a dinette that converts to another bed. Our trailer can easily accommodate 7 to 8 people.
Our trailer has a full size shower, toilet, (3) sinks (2 inside and 1 outside), (2) refrigerators (1 inside and 1 outside), freezer, oven, microwave, and (2) stoves (3 burner stove inside and a (2) burner stove outside). Cooking ware, small coffee pot, and toaster are included in the rental of our trailer. We also will provide toilet paper, some spices, coffee, sugar, paper plates, paper bowls, cups and plastic ware. Cleaning supplies will also be provided.
We will not provide linen/towels (we are not in the laundry business, nor do we want to be), but we do have 4 sleeping bags stored in the trailer that maybe used.
We will provide a weight distribution hitch/ anti sway bar. Your tow vehicle must have a class III hitch with a round 7 blade connector, as well as, the tow vehicle having a minimum of 7,500 lbs. towing capacity with a brake controller.
We can also provide delivery and pick up to local campsites.
****Generator can be available at an additional cost.
****Our trailer is NOT Burning Man Friendly
*** Absolutely no pets allowed. Our Son is extremely allergic to all animals.
Due to the nature of this business, please understand that the pickup/drop off process will take about 30-60 minutes, therefore it is important, to allocate enough time for the pickup/drop off procedures. Pick up/drop off days will vary depending on customer needs, but because I have a full time job, pick up/drop off times can only be done before 5am or after 5pm M-F. Trailer pick up/drop off Saturday- Sunday can be arranged before 8am or anytime after 1pm. No pets of any kind inside the trailer, absolutely no smoking of any sort inside the trailer, please keep eating and beverage consumption in the dinette area while inside the trailer, trailer is to be returned clean and in the same condition it was rented to you, no climbing on the roof of the trailer, do not tow while the slide out and/or awning is out, stabilizers are only to stabilize the trailer not to raise the trailer. Please make sure to return the trailer with the grey and black tanks completely empty and black tanked flushed. Not returning the trailer with the grey or black tanks completely empty and black tanked flushed, will result in a $100 charge. Returning the trailer dirty will result in a $80 cleaning fee. If the trailer is excessively dirty a $300 cleaning fee will be added. All fees will be waived, if the trailer comes back in the same condition, as it was delivered.
