She is pet-friendly, we just ask that you clean up after your pet. -NO SMOKING INSIDE OR AROUND THE TRAILER. If the trailer comes back smelling like cigarettes or marijuana, we will get the RV detailed at cost of the renter. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE and will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. We wouldn’t smoke in your trailer, so don’t smoke in ours.

-Pellet Grill available for an additional fee upon request

1.0They renters rented a trailer from the day we got it there was issues sewage wouldn't stop leaking park ranger at river bend in foster or will confirm they weren't considered at all left it for three days past when they were rushing for it back as if there were hoping there was damage my wife cleaned it top to bottom washed dishes the whole nine yards so this claim is absolutely ludicrous.
