Andrew is frequently praised for excellent communication, being flexible with drop-off/pickup, offering helpful setup, and providing tips. However, one renter experienced a last-minute cancellation, and another received a damaged vehicle with missing amenities and unexpected fees.
Clean, well-appointed, cozy interior
Guests consistently found the Airstream clean, well-appointed, cozy, and comfortable with functional amenities like the fridge, bathroom, and shower. One rental, however, had a broken toilet, damaged canopy, and door hinge upon pickup.

5.0Communication was excellent, Andrew dropped off the Airstream and gave us quick instructions, and we had an excellent weekend. We essentially only slept in it and used the fridge/bathroom/shower; but everything was in working order (we last minute went out to eat one night instead of cooking on the stove as planned). We let him know what time we would be ready for it to be picked up, and he showed up exactly at the time we agreed on. We would definitely rent again on future trips to Saratoga.

5.0The host was very accommodating and flexible. The trailer was well-appointed, clean, and all functions worked as promised. We had a lovely time and a great overall experience. We definitely recommend this host. Since we are new to camping, Andrew also provided lots of helpful tips!
