The initial interaction and exchange was great, Christopher was very helpful and explained everything very well. We went on our trip and he answered quickly when I had a question during the trip. But on our way back we got a flat tire. Which I understand that these things happen. But with our three small children it was a terrible experience. And we were still able to return it back spotless. However,? He said he was going to charge an additional day for us being past the return time AND charged us for the tire when the mechanic told us it was well past its life, 5 years old. He also charged us for “taking” a pillow and a bedsheet. I never even opened the cabinet where his linens were. If the experience hadn’t included the hundreds of dollars of extra charges it would have been 5 stars. But instead it felt shady and dishonest. Not worth the hassle at all.

We rented out Christopher’s RV for a friend’s birthday camp out party and everything was perfect! Christopher was very professional and had it all ready to go when we came to pick it up. Drop off was just as easy and we can’t wait to rent it out again!
