The hot water did not work in the motor home. Temps were in the 40’s at night. We were in a campground with no phone service. I walked over a mile to a pay phone called my wife to get a hold of the owner. She made suggestions of what to do to get the hot water working. None of them worked. She also said there was a manual in the glove box. There was no manual anywhere in the camper. She also suggested to call outdoorsy service but again, there was no phone service. The pay phone only allowed 2 minute calls and I could not keep walking that distance. When we returned the camper I asked the owner to see for herself that the hot water heater did not work. She said she did not know much about it and offered a small amount for the inconvenience which we did not feel was ample. Her response was “I didn’t choose where you decided to camp”. You should go through insurance. Very rude and unprofessional. Lastly, my wife who was not on the trip spoke to Outdoorsy and they said they would speak to the owner to settle on refund amount but we never heard back from either of them.

Everything went smooth RV great condition and very comfortable

Great RV we had a blast with it. The host, Summer, was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I give this a 4 out of 5 stars is because the RV was not cleaned. I didn’t notice when we did the walk through but once we started loading our stuff in you can tell it wasn’t cleaned. The bathroom had a used diaper in it. The shower had hair on the floor. The cubbies were not fully cleaned out and had miscellaneous items in them. Other than that I would definitely rent from again.

It was good I didn’t know it didn’t come with sheets out pillows though.
