The RV was great. April was very helpful and accommodating! 100% would rent from April again.

I would not rent from this host again. We are a retired couple who simply wanted to take our grandchildren on a short weekend trip before school started. While the listing does say the RV is older (from 2007), our experience went far beyond “quirks” and felt unsafe and unprofessional. When we returned the RV on Aug 9, the host completed a walkthrough two days later (Aug 11), mentioning a missing piece of the keychain and a slightly low propane reading. We had already filled the propane tank at a gas station with an attendant and showed the receipt. Then, five days later, we were charged from our security deposit for additional damages the host claimed to “discover” while cleaning. These included: A broken toilet seat and water damage to the floor; even though we never used the shower. Propane “not filled completely” Not charged for but accused of a supposedly damaged tire valve stem, which would have made the tire “unable to hold air” yet we drove the RV back with no tire issues whatsoever In terms of the RV itself: The interior door would not open unless we held down the top left side — which is a safety concern. The solar panel and generator were very heavy, lying on the floor, making them unusable, while taking up space. We returned the RV in the same condition we received it and were not planning to complain about any of this; until we were hit with what felt like exaggerated and unfair charges. When we tried to address the situation, the host responded with a long, condescending message blaming us for not reading the listing, making assumptions about our intentions, and even threatening to warn other hosts not to rent to us. The tone was unprofessional and accusatory, which made a disappointing situation even worse. It felt like the host was using our deposit to pay for general maintenance on an aging RV, and that any question or concern was met with hostility. I would not recommend this rental to others. If you do go forward, document everything very carefully and be prepared to dispute charges.

We had a wonderful trip! April's RV was easy to use and the extra Solar Generator was great. April gave us a walk through of how to use everything and where to find all the plug ins and features. My husband is 6' and fit perfectly in the bed. We used the fridge the entire time and it stayed cool with no issues. This was one of the best trips we've ever had. April was great communicating with us the whole time. We are definitely going to rent again!

We had an awesome trip in the Majestic! April had everything we needed and them some! She gave us a great overview of the RV before we left. The solar generator was really cool and nice to have. Even though the RV is older, it has been updated and is very clean. Would definitely rent this RV again!
