Hosts consistently provided quick responses and detailed instructions. They were accommodating for last-minute rentals and thorough during vehicle explanations, described as easy to work with and friendly at drop-off.
Easy to drive and maneuver
The van drives and maneuvers easily, even handling mountains, with good sight lines and a digital rearview mirror. It is clean, well-stocked with kitchen essentials, comfortably furnished, and features a very comfortable bed. Minor issues with the 3rd seat/sleeping area, shower water pump, and AC were reported.

5.0The hosts were easy to reach and responded quickly every time. The instructions for using the vehicle were very helpful and detailed. The return process was very simple and straightforward. The van is clean, comfortably furnished, and a pleasure to drive. The third sleeping spot is just barely usable for an adult man, but the third seat with a seatbelt is very impractical and uncomfortable. All in all, however, the trip with the vehicle and the experience with the hosts were very good, and the minor inconveniences for those using the third sleeping and seating areas did not detract from the wonderful experience. Thank you very much.

5.0Hosts did their best to check us in remotely with pickup, and every minute after that was perfect! Van was exactly as described/pictured. Bed was incredibly comfortable. We finally got to meet at dropoff and they were SO lovely!!! 10/10 would recommend.

5.0RV was as advertised. Clean, tidy, and well-stocked with essentials. Hosts were out of town when we contacted them about a last-minute rental. They were very gracious in allowing us to rent despite the late notice.

5.0The hosts are wonderful! They were very helpful and responsive when we had any questions. Lemon Drop is a beast - we took her 6000 miles without issue. And she's super comfy and well-equipped for any weather. Would highly recommend!
