5We had such a great time on our first RV trip. The RV was the perfect size for the two of us to be able to stretch out a bit. It was stocked with everything we needed for our week. The water was hot with great pressure. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of storage space for our belongings. We traveled to Sedona, Grand Canyon South Rim, Horseshoe Bend, Zion National Park and Las Vegas. Theon was very helpful showing us how to work everything and he was easy to get a hold of if we needed a reminder. When we met for the drop-off Theon spent a bit of time telling us more about RVing which was really helpful. Thank you Theon!

• Late Fee: Return time is 11AM, if you return the vehicle past 11AM you will be charged a late fee of $25 per hour.
• Cleaning fee: If the RV is not returned clean, there will be a $150 charge, for the first hour, then $75 per hour after. Billed by the hour.
• Tank Cleaning Fee: If the blank or gray tanks have not been emptied and cleaned, you will be charged a $150 tank cleaning service fee.
• Only flush toilet paper in toilet, no feminine product or paper towels. There will be a charge of $300 to clean out clogged sewer lines.
• This is a drug free and non-smoking trailer. Any signs of drugs of any kind smoking, will result in a $1000 fee. Illegal drugs will be reported to the authorities.
• We are Pet friendly - Dogs or Cats only with a maximum of 2 pets. Any damage including biological damage will result in a $1000 fee.
• Drivers - The only persons allowed to drive the RV must be listed on the rental contract as a driver, if there is an accident and the driver was not listed, you will forfeit your deposit.
