Résumé de l'évaluation
Offers clear, proactive communication
Kelvin is praised for his prompt, clear, and responsive communication via text and phone. He provides helpful YouTube videos and detailed walkthroughs, offers proactive support like refunds, and is described as flexible and kind.
Easy to drive & maneuver
The van is noted for its ease of driving and maneuverability, fitting into parking spots and handling winding roads, steep climbs, and 4x4 off-roading effortlessly. It's described as not too high and capable despite its size.

5.0Kelvin is great with communication and has a very helpful YouTube video to get familiar with the key features of the van prior to rental. The van itself had all we needed for our outdoor trip - 2 comfortable beds, nice sized fridge, electric kettle, gas stove and small, but useful bath/shower. The van is narrow and not too long so is easy to maneuver (campsites, winding roads, etc). We had a great week in the self contained space.

5.0We had an incredible 5th-anniversary trip in this 22ft Class B van! Communication with the host was prompt and clear throughout our entire journey. Everything matched the listing accurately, and we couldn't have asked for a better rig for our anniversary road trip!

5.0The van was perfect for our 6 day trip to Yosemite. You can tell Kelvin was very thoughtful about the design and set up and everything was intuitive and easy to find or use. The van was clean and the linens provided were comfortable. Kelvin himself was always super responsive and helpful and made us feel very supported. If we go to this part of the country again we will certainly be renting from him. It was a great experience from start to finish.

5.0Do you ever want to simultaneously acknowledge an absolutely wonderful experience but also gatekeep it for yourself??? Kelvin’s van and working with him is a 10-star experience. The van, his communications, the video to get comfortable, his warmth and flexibility….: it doesn’t get any better than renting this van from Kelvin. Just don’t rent it when I want it again please?!? :)

5.0Kelvin and his van were the MVPs of our trip to Yosemite. The van was great and had everything we needed. It was easy to drive and could also fit into parking spots. It was a fantastic way to bring our home on the road, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a van in the Bay Area. Kelvin was a great communicator, he was flexible, and provided all of the information necessary to make the trip easy and stress free. Next time we are in California, we will be renting from Kelvin again. 10/10

5.0Kelvin was outstanding to work with. He communicated clearly, was incredibly responsive, and was always available to answer any questions we had about the van. The van itself was exactly what we needed and had plenty of room for my wife, our two daughters, and our Shih Tzu. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a family getaway. This was our first experience using Outdoorsy, and we’re grateful we had the opportunity to rent from Kelvin. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. We would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great rental experience! Yes, we will definitely rent from Kelvin again!

Foire aux questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
A one hour grace period is allowed for standard Pickup and Drop-off times. Anything earlier than that for Pickup or later than that for Drop-off, there is an add-on available for an extra fee. However, if there is a back-to-back rental the very next day which makes it impossible to clean/service the van for the next guest, this add-on may not be available. Please inquire with the host.
