The spacious kitchen has a refrigerator, pantry, microwave, stove and oven that makes you feel like you're at home. The RV has heating and cooling, 32' TV w/dvd player, shower, toilet/sink (separate from shower), porch lights, patio awning and a large rear trunk. Bedding (sheet sets, pillows and comforters) are available to rent, as well but must be arranged in advance. Any fee's pulled from the deposit, the renter will pay the 2.95% processing fee. The interior and exterior will be clean upon pickup, should the RV not be returned in the same condition, there will be a cleaning fee. I have had nothing but great renters over my years but you definitely get a few you cant ever please no matter how hard you try. I love meeting my renters, hearing about their trip and having them re-rent the following years. I am extremely honest, friendly and flexible because I want people to have a great trip. You will love this RV as much as I do and will make memories of a life time.
