Your trailer is leveled, connected to hookups when available, and ready to enjoy with outdoor seating and essential comforts already in place.The Brinkley I-294 features a residential king bed, a spacious rear bunkhouse, theater seating, a large slide-out living area, full kitchen, indoor bathroom with shower, and thoughtful storage throughout. • Pre-Approval Required: All pets must be disclosed at booking. The "Pet Fee" add-on must be selected at checkout.
• Unattended Pets: Pets may not be left unattended inside the RV at any time unless securely and humanely crated. None the less this is highly discouraged unless you temperature control the RV before leaving.
• Furniture: Pets are strictly prohibited on beds, mattresses, and upholstered seating. Please bring your own pet beds/blankets.
• Violations & Penalties: Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in an immediate $250 penalty deducted from the security deposit.
• Any heavy pet odors, urine stains, or excessive hair requiring professional detailing will result in an immediate $550 penalty deducted from the security deposit. Why $550? Because that is the cost to fully detail the RV.
