We take great pride in keeping our vehicle in excellent condition, and part of that includes minimizing unnecessary wear and tear. For this reason, we kindly ask that you share your trip details with us before booking so we can review them.Important Notes:
• Trips expected to exceed the mileage allowance by more than 250 miles cannot be approved.
• While we thoroughly clean and sanitize after each use, this is a pet-friendly rig. If you or someone in your group has hypersensitivity to pet dander, we recommend considering a different option to ensure your comfort.
• We do not recommend our rig for inexperienced RVers. While on the easier side it is a much larger vehicle than your average daily driver. Please keep this in mind prior to booking.

Please allow 30 minutes at pick up and drop off to review Rig. The RV is not allowed out of the US for insurance purposes. RV is equipped with a GPS tracking device for your safety and ours. Ensure all outside compartments are shut and locked and awning is pulled in prior to driving. Be aware of overhead heights while driving (vehicle is 11'). Absolutely no smoking or use of candles of any kind inside. Please empty grey water and black tanks before return. Gas should be returned full or equal level received. Excessive pet hair, oder or extensive cleaning will incur extra cleaning charges. We understand accidents happen; please let us know if you break or find something broken so we can have it repaired before ours or a guests next trip. We want to continue to enjoy and share our rig, PLEASE take care of her while on your adventure. Most importantly have so much fun! Safe Travels,

We are a family with two young boys, ten and seven. We had plenty of space in the motorhome. Cooking was fun. All the details seemed to be just right. Everything was clean when we picked it up. A few things were left in the caravan: toilet paper, kitchen roll, and a few spices. The owners were very nice. They answered our questions at any time of the day and night. And we're glad we chose the owners and this fantastic motorhome. We would do it again anytime.

This was my first time renting an RV and it was very challenging. Friends who are RV veterans were unable to come at the last minute so I was on my own in Cottonwood Arizona. But Charyl was always available to answer questions and help me get it all set up. Their RV was perfect for me and my dog to get away. I had a couple accidents, one with the stove and then getting gas on the way to return the RV I rubbed up against a pole at the gas station! Charyl was nice (when she could have been super mad) and hopefully the Outdoorsy insurance will be able to fix the damage. Again, the rig is fantastic and the hosts support even better.

10/10! Charyl and Manny were great hosts. Super flexible with pickup and drop off times, and responsive with all questions we had during our trip. The rig drives really nicely and we slept 4 comfortably. All the things you need for a stellar trip! Thanks again.

Just ask—we’ll do our best to work with you! Please keep in mind that we’re an active family with full-time jobs. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, we kindly ask that you be respectful of the agreed-upon pick-up and drop-off times. Arrivals or returns more than one hour outside of the scheduled time will incur a $25 fee for each additional hour
