RV Life is A.W.E.S.O.M.E! There is nothing I like more than just letting go of the day-to-day grind and relaxing by a nice campfire with a cup of coffee or just to simply enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. I sold my house in May '19 and bought a large RV to travel full time in it! It was the best decision of my life. Now, I enjoy it so much that I bought this one listed here just for you! I want people in the community to understand the importance of taking care of our environment while also creating joyful memories with your friends and family.

Chad was such an amazing host. He took the time to show us everything we needed to know before we departed and was easy to reach if we had an questions. He made our weekend camping trip an ease by providing some of the necessities and most important comfortable. I definitely recommend renting an RV from him and we will definitely continue to rent from him in the future!

Chad was an extremely gracious host, that was flexible in working with us to ensure a quality and enjoyable trip was achieved. He was easy to reach when needed, and walked us through a small operator issue that popped up. Would definitely rent again from Chad, as well as recommend him to other renters.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
I'm a full time real estate agent, so please just give me a 24hr notice at least and I should be able to accommodate your arrival/departure and drop off time.
Q.What size hitch do I need?
R.
I provide a hitch for an extra $50 but if you want to bring your own that's fine too. You just need to make sure it's the 2-5/16.
Q.Do you deliver?
R.
Yes, only to campgrounds, because houses do not have the correct receptacles to run electricity and the battery does not last long - only 24 hrs if that. Some people have asked if I will pull to home, later we find out it's not really worth the hassle for the use, unless you specifically want to sleep in it...
I charge .70/cents a mile because it's expensive to tow it and gas nowadays isn't getting any cheaper.
I charge a $25 setup and $25 tear down fee - takes about 30 minutes both ways.
Q.How much should my vehicle be able to tow to pull your camper?
R.
I tell people on average with luggage in the back you want to have a towing capacity (look in your owners manual or in the driver door frame for your vehicle specs), of about 5,000lbs MINIMUM ability to tow. The trailer weighs about 4,700lbs dry.
