This is my new 2022Winnebago Revel. I'm less inclined to rent this one out, but I do not use it quite often, so i change my mind. With the Winnebago 4x4 Revel – built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis – it’s time that RVers start treating roads more like suggestions. Jiefan communicated well, showed flexibility for pickup/drop-off times, and was helpful during the trip. He proactively addressed a vehicle issue (windshield crack) leading to a negotiated cancellation.

Clean, well-maintained, equipped van

The sprinter van is in near perfect condition, extremely clean, and reasonably well-outfitted with a stove and utensils. Guests noted a coffee maker was not included.

great communication and flexibility regarding pickup and drop off times. the sprinter van is in near perfect condition, and is reasonably well outfitted. Does not include a coffee maker, so we brought our own pour-over coffee filter holders.

We had such a great trip visiting some of the national parks in Washington. Jiefan was super helpful and communicative before and during the trip. His van was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It even had a stove and some utensils. We had such a great time and would recommend Jiefan as a host.
