Owners provided flexibility and help during app issues, offered advice, answered questions, and accommodated late flight returns, even offering airport pick-up/drop-off for guests.
Fuel-efficient and easy to drive
The Dodge Promaster was well laid out, in tip-top condition, and appropriately outfitted. Guests noted its efficiency, ease of driving, and comprehensive equipment including sleeping bags, stove, and a bike rack.

5.0What a great experience! the folks at Base camper van's were top notch. we made our reservation many months in advance. Outdoorsy updated the app, caused much confusion and some literal headaches polished by a pain in the 🍑 hours before pickup. the host/ owner helped and gave flexibility. super easy fly into SLC, grab the RV and headed out. over 96 hours we went from t shirt n shorts, to early summer snow. no problem, warm enough, great gear, and super comfy rig! they even made the return easy as we had a later flight. this allowed us to enjoy the RV a bit more and take a scenic route back to SLC. we already have friend referrals for next year's trip! highly recommended. think about booking direct eith BCV. Outdoorsy, no thanks to you for your updates, failing app, haphazard communication, limited hour help line, and general glitches. this will be out last use of the outdoorsy platform, as we were held to a higher expectation than your app or customer service can support. transparent review!

Communication was on spot and not over-bearing, the vehicle was ready to go when promised and appropriately outfitted, and the location is a breeze for those going to Salt Lake.
