This RV comfortably sleeps 2 Adults and 4 kids, OR 4 adults. The dinette converts into a little bed and the loveseat is a small pull out bed. Or the living space is perfect for a queen size air mattress on the floor. If need be, you can put a mattress on the floor and still sleep 2 to 3 kids on the loveseat and the dinette. This RV has all of the commonly used amenities; inside and outside shower, stove and oven, heater and powerful AC, an awning, two entrances, two sinks, large under the bed storage and pass-through through storage (opening is 12 in height). Will include; a drinking hose, a waste hose, two 7.5 gallon propane tanks. The bedroom has a curtain and not a door. The stove and oven are powered by propane, the refrigerator can be powered by electricity or propane.
