A Frame Pop-up in great condition, sets up in 2 minutes and easy to pull. Hard sided, insulated much better than a canvas and easier to setup with good headroom (I'm 6'1).AC, heater(works off batteries), heated mattress, ceiling fan, stove, sink, stereo, 2 beds, stove. Front has ramps for loading toys and a platform for hauling. Electric jack, brakes, 2 batteries, 2 propane tanks, stabilizers and decent clearance with good tires.
