1999 Fleetwood Bounder
This is an older unit that has been completely remodeled. TVs, all beds, flooring, and many other pieces replaced in Early 2018. The unit has 47,860 miles as of March 2018. Super functional, and super family friendly RV. No additional hassles necessary, as we will provide most of what you are going to need for living in the RV (including the games). We have enjoyed many trips in this unit, and would love to share it with you. It does have 1 large slide in the family gathering area.We are offering something that resembles curbside service as an add-on service to and from the Salt Lake City Airport. We live in Evanston, WY and you are more than welcome to pick up here, but as an option will deliver the RV to the airport after 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. for an additional fee of $100 per trip.Questions answered for RV Renters:
Yes you can come look at it if wanted, but not necessary if reservation is made. I am more than willing to answer any questions or send photos of anything you may want to look at closer. A lot of our renters are coming in from out of state and that is why we are happy to work with you so you know exactly what you are getting in to as well as provide that curbside pickup and delivery option.Bed Sizes & Locations:

Basic 2 pots, 2 fry pans, 1 cookie sheet, and 1 oven casserole pan
Basic storage containers,
Knives and cutting board
Cooking utensils (spoons, spatula, tongs)
Basic seasonings (salt, pepper, Montreal Steak seasoning), coffee maker, 6 towels provided, 1 3 1 Paper towel roll
3 Disposable dish rags
Plates, Cups, silverware for 6Cleaning Fees:
Option 1:
$0 fee. Will have broom and Swiffer mop in RV. Please remove all trash, and personal contents. Clean all dishes. Wipe unit down completely, broom floor. Fold all linens and have ready for laundry services. Empty tanks, fill gas, and propane.Option 2:
Cleaning fee $160 Leave it all. (this doesn’t include stains, and/or damage). If we find dishes in the sink or garbage in the cabinets we will know this was the option you have choose. You are still required to Fill up propane and gas tank before returning RV.Additional Charges:
If we empty (gray, black, and drinking water) tanks $60 fee.
Fuel fill up, $4.99/gallon
Propane fill up, $5.99 gallon

This 1999 Bounder really is in great condition and has a wonderful floor plan with plenty of space. It drove nicely and set up easily. Parker was great at communicating and answering questions. He even helped us fill the water and set up a few things that he didn't need to do, but did out of kindness.
