4.0Mishap with the power adapter. If my friends did not have an extra one would have been an issue and would have had to wait for your people to come back. NO mat for out side (small issue of course, but would be nice to have had one). The biggest issue is the mattresses that you had on the bunk beds. They are paper thin and basically impossible to sleep on. You guys are a great company and I will continue to rent from you every year but please change those. My 12 year old son was forced to sleep on the small couch because of this. Appreciate your promptness on delivery every year. Glad to have found you.
