We will provide fresh linens for your stay. The dinette folds down to make another bed.The kitchen has a ton of charm with glass doors, tile backsplash, skylight, and a large basin sink. The stove and oven are both gas and run off propane. The fridge is 8 cubic feet and runs off propane or electricity.The spacious bathroom has a shower with skylight and plenty of room to get around and ample space.The living area has a dinette, two captains chairs, a fireplace, a tv with satellite, and an entertainment unit for watching dvd's or listening to music. It has speakers on the inside as well as the outside. She has gray wood floors throughout.On the outside she has a big awning to keep you cool with LED lights underneath the awning. There are also LED on the front of the trailer, and in the storage compartment.Daisy has full hookups with 20, 30, or 50 amp electric hookups. Stay warm or cool with a heating and cooling system. Hooking up and cleanup are super easy and won't consume your precious time.What fun is camping if you can't take your fur baby. We allow one dog, we just ask that you do not leave them unattended in the trailer. Sorry no horses, goats, or fish allowed.We are flexible on pickup/dropoff and can determine times prior to booking.Unfortunately, we do not allow dry camping, she must be going to a campground or park with hookups. We ask that you treat Daisy like your own.
No smoking of cigarettes, marijuana, or any other drugs in Daisy. This will automatically forfeit full deposit.
We allow one pet per reservation. We ask that you put blankets on the dinette or chairs if they lay on them. Do not leave pets unattended inside the trailer. If you rent and do not inform us of pets you will forfeit your deposit. Upon pet approval, you will be required to purchase damage protection on booking.
Waste water and septic tanks must be emptied and cleaned prior to return, if they are not you will be charged $250.
Basic cleaning supplies will be provided, we ask that you clean up after yourself and wipe things down. If we need to do excess cleaning like removing mud, wiping surfaces, etc you will be charged an excess cleaning fee of $150.
Do not take Daisy off paved roads except for campgrounds that are not paved.
No climbing on the roof.
We are flexible on return time and will discuss prior to booking. If you are late for either you will be charged $25 per hour.
Lastly, all we ask is that you treat Daisy with care so others can continue to enjoy her.
