Everything was as described and Alexis was a good communicator. Pick up and drop-off at the airport went smoothly. The layout of the Four Winds felt spacious with lots of storage. It was clean and the bed was superbly comfortable! We were in New England from California during leaf peeping season and felt warm and snug with the propane heater. We would happily rent the Four Winds from Alexis again.
