Rental Rules To help keep our camper in excellent condition for every guest, please review the following: * Primary renter must be 25 years or older. * No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs inside the camper. * No parties or events. *Please wash and put up all dishes when you leave *Remove all trash *Return any used items where they belong *Awning closed at all times in windy areas. Guest are responsible for damaged awnings. * Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. * Pets may be considered with prior approval. Please ask before booking. * Do not climb on the roof. * Only RV-safe toilet paper may be flushed. * Please notify us immediately of any damage or maintenance concerns. * The gray and black tanks must be emptied before return unless a dump service has been added. Please continue to check and make sure they are not full * Return the trailer reasonably clean. Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees. * Late returns must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges. * The renter is responsible for any tolls, tickets, or damage that occurs during the rental. We take great pride in keeping our camper exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
