Overall a great learning experience for my first rental! My biggest concern is the listing information provided by owner! The amenities included are not included ( generator, tv ) I was charged against my deposit for gray and black tank dumping when it does not stipulate any fees for dumping never used sink or shower only toilet but camper had no fresh water owner filled it up at my location at the host expense if he didn’t have a way we wouldn’t be able to use nothing! Furthermore waste tank ( black tank ) was nearly full when given to me and my family and fresh water was at half way point DIDNT fill it up when I checked gauges didn’t bother taking pictures of that because I was happy to be on the trip with my family and friends had extra generator and gas can so we would have power I also fixed the screen to the door when I made it to the trailer was charged for bed cover not seeing anything wrong cause wife made the beds and he said we didn’t use sheets ? ( smh) overall change listing aid dumping info
