2019 model! Sleeps 6. Private Queen size walk around master room with memory foam topper, lcd tv, dvd, indoor/outdoor speakers, Bluetooth stereo, indoor/outdoor shower, indoor tub, full kitchen. Has central vacuum, power awning with LED lights, lighted stairs, power jack and stabilizers, etc.Absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed. This is a clean camper and we would like to keep it that way.Contract details below:$150 if black or grey tanks aren’t dumped
$50 laundry fee (if you request to use our towels/bedding)
$50/hr cleaning fee if returned dirty
$50 propane fill each tank if not replenished before return
$500 Smoking and/or petsGenerator available for additional feePickup time is no earlier than 5:00 pm Monday-Thursday, anytime Friday - Sunday. Earlier pick up times can be arranged Monday - Thursday for a small fee (depending on date/time).Drop off time is by 8 pm unless you make different arrangements with us.Thank you!

We found Melissa's RV on Outdoorsy and knew we had just the one that would work for our two weeks camping. It was the right size for our F-150 and was new enough that it should tow great and work like it should. From initial contact making arrangements and asking questions, Melissa was fast and thorough in her reply. Pickup was easy and allowed us to be flexible in when we could get it. Once we showed up, she was able to walk us through how everything worked. She provided extra chairs, camp mat and cookware. The unit towed excellent and everything worked as it should, including the AC, bathroom and lights. The bed was comfortable and the camper would be great for 4-6 people, but we only had two, so plenty of room. Return was just as easy and took but a few minutes total. If you're looking for a great camper and great owner experience, Melissa's North Trail RV is a winner. Thanks Melissa!
