This is a brand new 2021 Coleman Lantern. It’s 3,000 lbs dry and easy to pull. Comes with everything you need for your adventure!It has full hook ups for water, sewage and power if you’re staying at a resort. If you are dry camping it has a fresh water tank and two batteries that will run everything but the AC, heater and microwave. For those we do have a generator you can rent for an additional fee.There is no cleaning fee so we expect each renter to clean the interior and exterior so that it’s as clean as they received it. If it is not returned washed and clean then we will charge $100/hr from the security deposit to clean it.Pick up is 2:00 pm or later

No smoking or drug use is allowed in trailer. Your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges plus a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there is no other overages or damages.
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter. If the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based upon that result.
Furry friends are welcome. No felines or rodents. Please advise as to the size, breed, and age of your pet.
