The "Hotel Catalina" is consistently described as very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable with a comfy couch and nice awning. Despite being an older model, all amenities work perfectly, and it's often well-stocked with essentials.

5.0Loved the nice awning and the couch was super comfy.. the fridge and freezer took a day to cool off but once it did.. was super cold. Drew the host had great communication and worked with me.. definitely recommend renting from him

5.0Drew was great! Exceptional communication! He had Hotel Catalina set up and ready to go for our arrival. Small details like having the fireplace on to keep it warm for our arrival was very thoughtful and much appreciated!
