Résumé de l'évaluation
Exceptional communication & service
Rudolf provided excellent communication, responding quickly to messages and being available after hours. He set up the trailer, explained operations thoroughly, and resolved any issues promptly, demonstrating patience and great service.
Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped
The camper was consistently clean, comfortable, and cozy, matching photos and expectations. It's well-equipped with bunk beds and a comfortable main bed, working perfectly for families and fulfilling requirements as described.

5.0The camper was as shown in the photos. The owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly to all messages. He set the trailer at the campground for us for a fee and turned on the air so the camper was cool for us when we arrived. This was a great first experience when renting a camper!

5.0The RV was great, it fulfilled our requirements and exceeded our expectations! The host, Rudolph was great to deal with from the beginning to the end, he was always available after hours gor any help we needed or questions we had, couldn’t ask for anything better, this was definitely a 5 star +++ in my book! He took the time to explain everything thing operational and was always asking if there was anything else needed! Just a fantastic experience and person to deal with. Will definitely consider this option for our next event.
