The Shasta Oasis travel trailer features 2 Large bunks, a large single slide, sleeping for up to 10, plus all the amenities of home to be comfortable on the road.Step inside and notice the front bedroom area to your right. There is a queen-size bed for a comfortable night's rest along with ample storage for your things. You will find dual bedside wardrobes and an overhead rail storage above the bed.As you step back into the living area you will find plenty of open floor space thanks to the large slide out 64" sofa and booth dinette featured along the roadside. The sofa offers overhead cabinets for your things, and both can easily be transformed into a sleeping space at night. Along with an Entertainment stand with a wall-mounted 42 inch TV.The kitchen makes cooking up light meals and snacks simple with a double sink, a three burner range along with the stove, and refrigerator. There is also ample overhead cabinets for dishes and other cooking items. Plus you will find lower cabinets below the sink as well.A nice dual cabinet can be found next to the refrigerator for pantry storage just outside the rear corner bath which provides a 36" tub/shower, a toilet, and corner sink with overhead medicine cabinet. Then lower storage below the sink.Right next to the bath there is sleeping for three or four depending on your choice. Our set-up includes a dual bunk 48" x 74".This RV has an outside shower and large awning. For extending outside enjoyment. We will need about 30 mins to sign paperwork, tour & inspect the trailer and get you hooked up and on your way. When you return, we need about 20 mins to inspect and sign some paperwork. We will meet you in the parking lot of On Wheels Storage at 3910 Elm Point Rd St Charles, MO for both the pickup and drop-off.There are no furnishings. If you'd like, we can provide sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and kitchenware for an additional fee. We can also provide camping chairs for an additional fee. Please let us know what you need when booking.Security deposit - If the trailer is returned in the same condition it was rented out then you will receive your entire security deposit. If we need to clean the trailer this includes dumping, we will withhold $120 from the security deposit or if propane tanks are returned completely empty there will be a $30 fee per tank. If there are no damages then the remainder of the security deposit will be released within 48 hours.There is absolutely no smoking inside the RV. This includes vaping if there are any signs of this your full security deposit will be forfeited. Please do not climb on the roof, we are very strict on no smoking as well as being on the roof.There are absolutely no coolers allowed inside the RV. If there are any signs of a cooler inside the RV. The full deposit will be forfeited.If there are signs of a pet inside the RV and you have not paid the pet fee. The full deposit will be forfeited.Any items were taken from the RV this includes something as small as a TV remote, coffee pot, ice tray and or ax will and can be deducted from the security deposit.
