Enjoy the best of both worlds: our nice and cozy self-converted campervan has all the amenities of it's bigger brothers (fridge, sink, inside & outside cooking, coffee machine and toaster, queen-size memory foam bed w/ reading lights, USB ports & 110v outlets, solar panels, toilet, outside shower with privacy tent, awning w/ adjustable feet, outside dining set, and more...) yet its handy compact size (20ft long) and possible stealth mode give it an unbeatable versatility. In nature or on a campground you can set up a fully comfortable camp, and enjoy the outdoor seating, fire pit, cooking, awning, shower, etc...But when needed, if no good spot is available or in an urban location you can be fully self-contained and discreetly park in the city, on a regular size parking space.
Our van is adapted only for two adults, no more guests can fit, so more than two guests is not allowed.
Smoking inside the van is forbidden.
When cooking inside, please always activate the Maxx fan and open the sliding door a little. Even if we have smoke/CO detectors, you never want to take any risk.
Park only in authorized locations and spaces (for ex: do not park and sleep overnight when signs say it is not allowed).

We are located in St Augustine, in North East Florida, so the whole Floridian peninsula awaits, like a beautiful sunny playground: go visit the Springs (Alexander Springs, Juniper Springs, Blue Springs, Ichetucknee Springs and river...), discover the beaches, walk on the beautiful trails of the Ocala National Forest, discover smaller cities like Tarpon Springs or Sarasota, or bigger ones like Tampa, St Petersburg or Miami.
