Hosts Moses, George, and staff consistently provide constant communication, quick pick-up/drop-off, and streamlined paperwork. They also resolve unforeseen issues, refunding costs when a deadbolt malfunctioned.

The 2018 Keystone Passport trailer was consistently described as being in excellent and fairly new condition, with all its features and systems working great, though one deadbolt malfunctioned.

4.5George and Moses were great. There was only one completely unforeseen hiccup-the deadbolt malfunctioned. We were locked out of the trailer. I could not reach the owners so I had to get a locksmith. They were great about refunding the cost. And making sure that I was taken care of.
