I strongly recommend avoiding this RV. Listing photos do not reflect its condition. The worn seat caused back pain. The loose rearview mirror shifted unexpectedly, cutting off my view of traffic and making lane changes unsafe. Steering felt loose, and shaking caused dashboard pieces to pop off while driving. About half the lights, including the bathroom light, and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The refrigerator stopped working on propane, spoiling our food. The slide-out malfunctioned with fault codes. On departure day, the awning stuck fully extended, preventing safe travel. The host was not responding. We arranged $200 in outside repairs, delaying our return. Paid early pickup was not provided. Communication was unreliable. I requested $300 for repairs and the pickup/drop-off fee; Outdoorsy said it could not obtain the host’s authorization to reimburse us. The VIN did not match the number on the manufacturer plate. Why do these identifiers differ, and could this indicate fraud? This needs investigation. The condition, safety issues and poor support seriously disrupted our family trip.
