The benches fold down into a 62” bed—perfect for two children. A queen bed with a 300 lb capacity drops down from the ceiling with the push of a button.The living area includes two soft arm chairs and tv. There’s plenty of storage in the kitchen, and it’s also a nice area to prepare your meals. The fridge and freezer work off of propane or electricity. The kitchen comes stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, and other kitchen necessities. Connect your phone to the stereo via Bluetooth to enjoy indoor and outdoor speakers. Entry steps extend all the way to the ground providing stability as you enter the trailer.Keep the temperature just right with both heating and A/C.The bathroom has a spacious shower with glass doors, sink, toilet, and linen closet fully stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries.Our favorite feature is the private front bedroom with a Door! Shut out the chaos and enjoy a full size queen mattress with access on three sides and ample storage, with two closets, and your own tv.Outside, a 19-ft electric awning provides plenty of shade during the day and LED lighting at night. Vehicle Condition

5.0Brooks is a top-notch host! We took this trailer up for three days in mid-June and had one of the best camping experiences of our lives! The trailer felt more like a home because it was so clean, stocked, and well-decorated. When it started pouring rain on our first night camping, the trailer not only provided us with warmth and shelter, but several of our friends came in and we played cards for hours. I was impressed at how much room we had to fit everyone, and it was so fun! The battery, water, generator, and propane worked great to enhance our experience. Brooks did a great job making sure we knew everything we needed to know before we left. We will definitely rent this trailer again! Thanks for everything Brooks!

5.0Brooks went above and beyond our expectations. We had a small leak we could not find once we got set up. Brooks drove 2 hours to trouble shoot and fixed the problem. Our experience was fantastic. We are already planning another trip.
