Everything is electric, set up can be done with click of a button. Indoor and outdoor sound system with Bluetooth . Awning and outdoor lighting. Outdoor shower. Linens for Master bed, bath are included (2 shower towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths.) and enough sheets for all beds. No pillows or blankets are included. Pots and pans are included as well as cooking utensils. We do have paper cups/plates/bowls/and plastic-ware that can be used, but availability is NOT guaranteed. Delivery, set up and pick up are available for an additional charge of $1.5 per mile each way or $50 each way min.
Sanitation fee is used to disinfect all surfaces before and after rentals and is outside standard cleaning.
