While Winnebago says it sleeps six, the dinette conversion (into a bed) can be a bit tricky, so we say it sleeps 5 comfortably. Two in the master, two in the bunkhouse, and one on the couch. If you are a single, couple, or small family, we feel this is going to be the perfect size for you.Food, Utensils, and Coffee:
All the plates, cups, and utensils you’ll need — you bring the food! Has a drip coffee-maker, toaster, pot & pan, etc. RV mini-ish fridge (and freezer) holds a fair amount of food. It takes about 4-6 hours to chill from room temperature, so if you’re bringing cold food to the pickup, let us know ahead of time, and we can get that going for you.Linens:
Linens all provided including pillows, pillowcases, sheets, comforters, towels, etc. Some choose to bring their own linens, and that’s totally okay.AIR CON & Heat:
Has house AC unit and separate furnace heater that operate from a single thermostat inside. Keep in mind that the AC unit and the microwave Only work when (A) connected to external electricity (“shore power”), or (B) the onboard propane generator is running (both of these are high voltage appliances that need a good bit of power to run).
***Note: if the AC or microwave will not run, it’s usually due to (A) a connection error at the site’s electrical box, (B) the power cable is not plugged back into it’s own box (when running genny), or (C) the coach battery switch has been inadvertently turned off.Generator USE:
We prefer that you use shore power whenever possible, however the “genny” is available. Just be aware that on a trip, you are limited to 4 hours per day, and after that are overages.
***Note: The generator runs on the vehicle’s own fuel tank, so if the fuel tank is too low, it will not run.Fuel:
Our Minnie Winnie returns approximately 10 mpg like most Class C RVs. The tank is full when you leave, so just fill it up with regular gas (definitely Definitely not diesel), and we are rockin’ Fritzy!Pets:
1-2 small dogs or 1 big dog allowed, however you will be liable for any damage they incur. Clean up any happy accidents quickly.TV & Internet
DVD player in the front TV (classic DVDs available) and Roku streaming sticks on both TVs. Sign-in to your streaming services in Roku guest mode and it will erase all data upon your checkout. But hey, we recommend just being outside with your family and not doing the TV thing much. But it’s there for you in a pinch.HOW-TO:

- Sunday pick-up & drop-offs will need to work around my schedule as a local minister. For example, I will be unavailable for pick-up or drop off 7am-1pm on Sundays.
- Camping local-ish and would rather me deliver & setup the RV (and you not drive it)? I can definitely do that too! Be sure to let me know in your booking request. Delivery fee is calculated by distance. Up to 75 miles.***Winter Renting Precaution***
“Story” CAN be rented during the winter months! However, if there is a hard freeze in the area during your rental period, please understand there is always a possibility of losing water & lavatory due to frozen pipes, pump, etc. We will have a heated water hose for you to help ensure this doesn’t happen, however please know it is a possibility. All RVs will have this issue as frigid air underneath can freeze the pipes. Heat furnace will not be affected as it is propane powered.Reach OUT:

5.0Josh was extremely responsive and kind. We were first time RVers and have a toddler. He was incredibly thorough in the walk through and emphasized that we could contact him anytime with an issue. We did have to reach out with a question and he immediately got back to us. The RV was very well appointed to make the trip comfortable (cooking, toiletries, soap, very comfortable mattress and nice pillows, etc). Highly recommend.

5.0Josh was great! Very thorough orientation and answered all of my questions. Then in the morning when I couldn't get the coffee maker to work, he helped me figure out that I had neglected to power on the pedestal. oops. A great first RV experience.

5.0The owner met us at the drop off location EXACTLY at the agreed time. He took significant time to train us on the features and operation of the various systems. He was quite personable and we intend to rent from him again. If you are going to VIR, this is an awesome way to have great lodging right in the paddock.
