Jennifer offers video guides, is responsive to questions, and flexible with pickup/drop-off. However, she once canceled a booking and there was a past dispute about a missing appliance.
Handles well, regular gas
The Sprinter handles beautifully and uses regular gas. It features a comfy bed and is built for tall people. Some reported low shower pressure, non-functional hot water/heating, and a missing toaster oven; one trip experienced brake issues.

5.0Jennifer was great and the van was fantastic for our trip. She made it easy to pickup, sent youtube video instructions prior to pick up (really good idea), had everything ready for us, and drop off was even easier. My only complaint was that the shower was really low pressure (understandable since it's running off of a water pump). I would definitely rent again if I had a trip that required one.
