1I'll never do this again. First I get a message that the trailer was ready and I could pick it up at any time. I went to pick it up a few hours later and it wasn't ready. The nice people there had not received any info and quickly began to prep the trailer while I waited and it was clear they had not received any info on what I rented (generator, hitch). The trailer was beat up badly and much smaller than I thought. Says it sleeps 5 but that would be two adults and 3 kids or short adults. I was then informed that the awning didn't work which was really bad because we were camping in 102 degree weather. When we got home I tried to pump out but could not find the hose. I sent an email asking about it and 4 hours after I was supposed to return the trailer I got a response that the hose was in the bumper. I should have been told that during the orientation. The message said he would send me the dumping charge. The return time for the trailer was 3pm. I arrived at 2:30pm but nobody was there. I texted and tried to call the contact but didn't get through to anyone. I waited for about 45 minutes and then went to get something to eat while I waited for a response. A response never came to I drove back to the drop off location and again nobody was there. I called the contact and this time got through. They were about 15 minutes out and told me to just drop off the trailer. They arrived just as I was about to leave and I told them I could not find the hose to pump out. He said he'd take care of it. He didn't say that there would be a charge. Just dropping off the trailer took over two hours (4 hours with drive time). Again the contacts were very nice but the communication/coordination seemed non-existent. Now I see the charge for pumping out the trailer --- $235!!! What the hell? The pump out fee just down the road was $8. I will never rent through Outdoorsy again.

3I asked to pickup the trailer early in the day, then was told pickup was 4pm. I asked again, and suggested maybe I should rent for an extra day if I could not get a earlier pickup. He said, yes do that, and then the next day I got an email telling me it would be ready at 10am. SO I rented for an extra day that was not needed. Argh. When I picked it up, the trailer was clean inside but dirty outside. I washed it before we used it. The awning was broken and the battery was dead. Otherwise everything worked. The outside had a AC unit someone had installed, it worked fine but looked rough. Overall it was ok and did the job we needed but I would look elsewhere when renting again.

1The RV was the grossest thing I have ever slept in. It smelled like we were sleeping inside a porta potty. The first day we couldn't get any hot water. I spent 3 hours out of my day trying to figure out what was happening. Aaron was no help. I had to call Roadside Assistance. The mattress was disgusting. Dirty. The AC would leak water under the bed when turned off. Aaron failed to hook up the RV to the campsite sewer. I had to find someone to help us do it. Aaron insisted we could leave it without the hook up. And would be charging me a dumping fee. I had told him prior to the trip there was a hook up at the campsite. The door would not latch properly so it would open, the screen door had no latch. Toilet seat was loose. Overall very disgusted with this rental.

5Everything went well! The delivery was very flexible. The trailer was very clean. I would recommend this for any couple or small family!
