Every family should be required to have at least 1 camping trip. Why not make it memorable with all the amenities. We are offering our 36 ft class A Rv the Big Mama. We are happy to deliver or allow you to drive her to your destination. The Rv has been well maintained and doesn’t show her age at all physically or mechanically. It features 2 slide-outs and an open layout. 1 bath and half setup, 3 beds, and space for an air mattress. The coach has 2 air conditioners, a smart flat-screen TV, surround sound with Bluetooth tv, DVD, VCR, lots of plug-in outlets, a fully functional kitchen including stove, oven, and microwave, and tons of storage. We have lots of supplies that can be rented as well, ask about that. Peace of mind insurance is required with our rental. The coach rides smoothly. We have improved suspension and sway dampers making it easier to drive a straight line. Hello and thank you for choosing our RV for your adventure. We have a few policies that we insist you abide by when renting.
No pets allowed unless approved. Approvals require a $120 pet prep fee for our next guest. If any pet damage or odors occur additional charges will be incurred.
No smoking, of any substances are allowed inside. No vaping either.
No drugs or drug use will be permitted within the coach or while using the coach.
We do not allow usage for festivals such as burning man.
No driving the coach on any un groomed roads or sand without approval.
We require you carry Peace Of Mind Coverage when using our coach.
You may not tow unless approved.
You may not use the motorized canopy without approval. If approved it must be retracted immediately if winds pickup and closed at night.
You agree to follow all civic and traffic laws.

Hi there, we are the Johnsons. We are trying this concept out with our well cared for family Rv. It has all you will need for an enjoyable trip. The Rv has improved suspension for handling, new tires with 2020 dates, self leveling jacks and all interior amenities. Please care for our RV like it's our home.
