They say pictures are worth 1000 words so here's what the pics don't catch it has a 16' 12v electric patio awning, 1 slide out, a back up camera and monitor, DVD player with a selection of DVD's, the U-shaped dinette converts into a bed, a coffee maker, a small grill, and to top it off a bike rack. Owner was helpful throughout the trip if issues arose. The generator and backup camera were not functional at all, the Owner did let us know that prior to rental. Luckily, we had our own generator we took with us. The entire RV (outside and inside) needs some major TLC. Don't be alarmed that cabinets and drawers fly open as you are driving. I just ended up putting tape on them to keep them closed since the actual clamps are broken. Outside awning is tied up with a USB cord for some reason. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. For the price, it is not bad, just not great.
