This van is luxury at its finest. It is equipped with all the basic amenities plus the details that make the trip feel like home. This is the perfect vehicle to take for a cozy long weekend in the Adirondacks or a 10 day trip down south. The van has a state of the art solar power system, an alternator generator (charges the batteries while you drive), a full kitchen (sink, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer), TV, flushable toilet, heat, air conditioning, hot water, an LED lit awning, a queen bed + a rooftop pop-up “sky bunk” (which is an additional full size bed) and so much more. • The awning should not be left open unattended or used when it is windy as this will damage the awning
• The van cannot be parked in parking garages or driven through drive through restaurants as it is too tall
•Pets are allowed but will require a $75 pet fee.
• Guests have the option to empty their own waste or opt-in to our waste dumping service add-on (black and grey tank waste) for $75.

The van was sparkly cleaned when we picked it up. Emily was great, once she figured out that we familiar with campervan, she only went through the essentials with us. Then we were on our way. The handbook that she put together was very helpful and it is in details that we were able to figure out on our own. The van was comfortable and easy to set up and or move.

We had an awesome time renting Emily’s van for our RV trip to Maine and Nova Scotia. Well equipped and in excellent shape, the van suited us well. Emily was quickly responsive to our pre-trip questions as well a couple of questions along the way. We would very happily rent from Emily in the future and highly recommend them.

This was a perfect fit for a weekend getaway for my girlfriend and I!! Emily and Dylan were very thorough with showing all the systems and gave all the essentials for us! Van was easy to drive and was great to have Apple CarPlay to navigate easily to our perfect getaway. Will be renting again our next trip!

Q.Do you allow renters to park their car at your house?

Yes, we allow guests to leave their vehicle at our home. Please note we are not responsible for damages to guests vehicle while stored on our property
Q.Do we need to bring linens?
R.
We will provide sheets and a comforter for both the queen and the full beds. We will also provide pillows upon request.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
We provide the necessary water, sewage and electric hookups. We ask that guests only use our provided hookups and do not bring their own. We provide a surge protector and water pressure regulator for the use and safety of our guests.
We provide a step-by-step guide for guests on using the hookups, making it a seamless and easy process.
Q.How do I handle the black tank/gray tank?
R.
We will train all guests on emptying the tanks! Its very straightforward and can be learned in a matter of minutes. We do require guests to empty both tanks prior to returning the vehicle. If you are unable to empty the tanks or would like to opt-in to our waste dumping service, you may select the waste dumping service in the "add-ons" page.
