Communicates promptly and helps readily
Michael is consistently praised for his responsiveness, thorough walkthroughs (in-person or via FaceTime), and accessibility for questions during trips. He offers flexible pickup/drop-off, useful reminders, and goes an extra mile with amenities or logistics.
Easy to drive and park
The van is highly rated for its ease of driving, maneuverability, and ability to fit into standard parking spots and campsites. It also offers good fuel efficiency (18 MPG) and a useful wide-angle rear camera, making trips convenient.

4.0Mike is very responsive to communication requests. We communicated via FaceTime on trip day one to fix an issue with the A.C. It was great to have Starlink on all the time. He installed a spare tire on the van for my Alaska trip! And provided a twin mattress.

5.0This was our first time renting an RV and camping. Michael could not have made it easier. From the start he was helpful, responsive, and just easy to deal with. He took time to go over the vehicle with us and was available at 6 am when we had a question. We could not have asked for a better host and experience. Highly recommend. Thank you, Michael!
